Description

This course series offers 8 weeks of guided meditations and educational lectures that are designed to support you in a process of nourishing the mind and body pathways. We are malleable beings that are in a constant state of adjusting and calibrating to our environment, choices, routines, and thoughts. Design with care! In this course, you will gain tools to establish and sustain your meditation practice as well as a greater background on the psychic field in which we are designing. ​
