Student Mentorship Programs are designed specific for young adults who are enrolled in higher education. Mentorship Programs offer students one-on-one professional mentoring, gentle tools for mental and physical well-being, and the chance to build greater trust in their abilities and potential through an autonomy-developing approach.

Young adulthood is a significant (and exciting!) season. These formative years often provide the first taste of freedom and beautiful new blossoms of autonomy. Understandably, this season is also often accompanied by feelings of uncertainty, anxiousness… and plenty of (navigable) mistakes. There are an abundance of new experiences within reach, potentially life-altering decisions to make, and responsibilities to uncover.
 
The balance between ongoing parental support and continued movement into adulthood is delicate. Moving out of the family home and into the oyster of independence has a way of sparking the need for expanded channels of trusted support and mentorship.
 
The Student Mentorship Program offers a specific path of support by creating a safe and professional container for exploring adulthood while balancing the mental-emotional-and physical demands of college life.

One-on-One
​Mentoring ​

It's not therapy. It's a conversation.
One-on-One Sessions provide space for safe reflection, empowered movement forward, and skill-development on your journey in health. Focus areas commonly include: stress management, habit-formation, navigating social pressures, working with anxious feelings, establishing synergy in emotion expression and other methods of inner-health. One-on-One Mentoring is included for Student Members.

Skills for Informed Inner-Care
Live workshops & webinars led by experts in the respective fields. Topics range from stress management, mindfulness, self-care healthcare, emotion-regulation, mental health, and more. Group sessions will leave you feeling inspired, supported, and well-informed. All sessions are included for members and available for drop-in.
