Greetings! My name is Amy. Professionally, I am a psychologist, researcher, author, educator, and entrepreneur. Personally, I am a wife, bonus-mom, visionary, and adventurer that thrives in the sweet-spot of having sustainable, ordinary routines that effectively support the volatility experienced in pursuing the big dreams God has placed in my heart. It is with deep appreciation that I get to tend to my human capabilities of learning, taking proper care, and serving in God's earth-side kingdom.
In my work with clients and students, I aim to support other individuals in realizing and exercising their God-given capabilities. In building curiosity and trust in our intelligent design, we become a steward of living on purpose, with purpose. Through this approach, we are able to show up in a more loving and grounded manner for the betterment of our families, our communities, and the purpose for which we've been called. My Path: The Cliff Notes
I grew up in Minnesota (northern suburbs of MSP) and spent much of my childhood playing sports, exploring the woods with siblings and neighborhood friends, and following my curiosities. My collegiate selection moved me to Wisconsin, where I spent the better part of the next 20 years - studying, gaining skills in Corporate America, fulfilling my entrepreneurial spirit with numerous small-business endeavors, as well as learning about my battles, my heart, and my purpose. In 2023, I relocated back to my home state of Minnesota, where I continue to follow my call for supporting individuals through times of recalibration, steadfast introspection, as well as implementing dependable methods for inner-care and outer-connection that withstand all seasons. Along the winding path, I am grateful to have been equipped with a personal skillset of experience that is called upon daily in my work. |
